Another season is now underway at Llowalong Farms at Kyabram in Northern Victoria. We are pleased to announce that we have appointed Joel Fowler as our new Semen Transport Controller. Joel has quite an extensive background in our industry, having owned and bred broodmares and being a past employee of HRNSW and Sky Channel.

Joel will be based here at Llowalong Farms for the season and delivering semen boxes to Melbourne Airport on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from all the stallions based here at Kyabram, including the two Woodlands Stud stallions, American Ideal and Lather Up. Joel will also be responsible for consigning semen boxes around Australia that arrive in Melbourne from Woodlands Stud in NZ. Joel’s phone contact is 0400 310 414.

With airlines now back to operating to normal schedules, we have returned to the previous collection routine of Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.

Semen needs to be ordered the day prior to collection - so Sunday, Tuesday or Thursday - and we require semen orders to reach us by 3PM on those days. IMPORTANT NOTE: We take orders for the Llowalong Farms stallions only - orders for semen from either of the Woodlands Stud stallions must be directed to their Australian representative, Mark Hughes.

Please ensure that mares are booked in with Llowalong Farms prior to ordering semen, otherwise delivery may be delayed.
